Office chairs basically comes in 3 sizes, first is small backrest chair the second is medium backrest chair which comes up to the shoulders and third is with head support chair. Once you decide the size then you can consider the price factors. The amount you invest will definitely reflect in quality of product. Features like fixed armrest, 2D armrest or 3d armrest can also be prioritized in advance. The combination of all this would help you to finalize a perfect product

How much would be the delivery time once order placed?

The delivery time depends on your pincode. Roughly all products get delivered in a weeks’ time. Once order placed you will receive a tracking information on your email in 24 hours’ time which will help you to know exact timeline.

What is ODA Charge / Extra Delivery charge of Rs. 500/-

There are few pin codes which come under Out of Delivery area (ODA location). We provide delivery to these locations as well at a minimal fee of Rs. 500/- These are basically remote areas where its is difficult for the courier companies to reach. However you can consult our team for further details on the same.

What is the Return Process?

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, we provide 3 days window to intimate us for the return. Once the return request Is placed, you have to dismantle the chair and box pack it again as you have received the package. Our executive will contact you and schedule the pickup through any courier possible. In the process we need our customers to cooperate and get the chair dispatched in proper condition. The return cost will range from Rs. 750 to Rs. 900 depending upon the pincode.

How much is the warranty on products purchased?

There is 2 years warranty on all the products. Warranty includes all chair parts except the upholstery. Warranty does not cover mesh fabric ragzine etc.

How do we assemble the product?

Accepted Answer

The products come with DIY assembly instructions. We also provide video instructions for the same. Some chairs come with all tools required to assemble the product but basic screw driver, hammer, spanner etc tools are not included in the package. We also provide assembly services on chargeable basis.

Question 7

What if we receive a damage product / part missing in the package?

Accepted Answer

If in case you receive a damage product or some parts are missing, You need to share the photographs for the same. Alternate parts will be sent through express courier and the issue will be resolved in 2 to 3 days’ time.

Who is the courier partner for the delivery of the products?
