A: No, the chair comes in a DIY (Do-It-Yourself) kit. It is easy to assemble, and we can provide a step-by-step video guide upon request.
Q4. What is the warranty period?
A: The standard warranty period is mentioned on each product page and typically ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the model. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Please note: Any breakage, spoilage, rusting, or wear and tear damage is **not covered under warranty**. However, all parts can be supplied at a minimal cost if replacement is needed.

A: The product will be delivered in a dismantled state, which ensures safe transportation. However, if any part is found damaged during transit, that specific part will be replaced **free of cost**. We do not dispatch faulty materials and expect customers to verify the issue clearly before requesting a replacement.
