Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ample Chairs, a division of Ample Seatings. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 3 days of product delivery only under the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is entirely different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong model or color).
- Any item listed under “In the Box” was found missing at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery receipt or immediately reported with unboxing proof (photo/video).
⚠️ Important: Any claims related to missing items or product mismatch must be supported with clear photo/video proof taken at the time of unboxing, and must be reported on the same day of delivery. Claims made later without such proof will not be entertained.
If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstance.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting our support team first. Uninformed returns or exchanges will not be accepted. In such cases, if the item is lost in transit, the customer will be held solely responsible.
2. Partial Refunds and Deductions
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts, may be granted partial refund.
- Executive Desks) are strictly non-returnable.
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In certain cases, transportation charges may be applicable and will need to be borne by the customer, depending on the specific circumstances of the return or exchange.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company and bank. Processing delays may occur.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at amplechairs@gmail.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please email us at amplechairs@gmail.com to request an exchange for the same item.
6. Shipping for Returns
Return shipments must be sent to: Ample Seatings, 114, East West Industrial Estate, Magan Nathuram Rd, Safed Pul, Saki Naka, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072
- If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for bearing the full shipping cost.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.
7. Product Disclaimer
- All dimensions are manually measured and may vary slightly.
- Product color may differ slightly due to lighting or monitor settings.
- Minor imperfections that do not affect product functionality or design compliance are not covered under return or warranty.
