4. Payments

Payments must be made using authorized and secure payment gateways. Orders are only processed upon successful payment confirmation. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products across India. Delivery timelines provided are only estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or lost deliveries due to incorrect information.

Risk Transfer: Risk of loss in transit is borne by us until the parcel is handed over to the customer. Upon delivery, the customer is required to inspect the package and note any damages or issues directly on the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner. This is essential for any claims regarding transit damage.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are not accepted solely on the basis of comfort preference or change of mind. However, if any parts are found to be damaged upon delivery, we will replace the damaged parts free of cost. Please ensure you report the damage within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic or video evidence for prompt resolution.

7. Warranty Terms

All products sold by Ample Seatings include a minimum 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition, select products may come with an extended warranty of up to 3 years, which will be clearly specified in the invoice.

How Warranty Works:

If a problem arises within the warranty period, we will determine whether to repair or replace the affected component. This decision is based on an assessment by our customer care team.

If the same spare part is not in stock, a compatible replacement may be offered at a discounted rate.

Warranty resolution can be fulfilled by either a technician visit or by shipping spare parts to the customer with proper guidance for installation.

Labour Costs: Labour for part installation is not covered under warranty. If technical assistance is required, we charge a nominal fee of ₹500.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear, such as fabric fading and foam compression
• Misuse, rough usage, or improper handling
• Cosmetic damages like scratches or dents
• Please note we can help with technical faults; however, any parts broken into pieces due to any reason will be considered outside the scope of warranty. Products must be used with utmost care to remain eligible for warranty claims.

How to Claim Warranty: Send an email to amplechairs@gmail.com with the following details:

• Order ID
• Contact details
• Invoice copy
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos

Our team will raise a service ticket and respond within 24–48 business hours. Most issues are resolved within 7–14 working days.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or media on our platform, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display this content for promotional and operational purposes. You confirm that the content is original and does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Prohibited Activities
